As a coach I will encourage you to be an active participant in the process of creating the life you desire.

While I will be your inspirational coach, providing you with perspectives and tools on how to keep moving forward to reach your wellness goals, it’s your decision to keep going when things feel too challenging that will make or break your success.


PERSONAL ASSESSMENT

We discuss your health history and any current issues, your food preferences, as well as your challenges and goals to creating the life you desire. We also review your unique lifestyle needs and desires, including your schedule, values and beliefs regarding food and your general view of wellness.


CUSTOMIZED PLAN

I will create your customized nutrition and wellness plan. I do not prescribe a set diet because every single one of us is different with unique needs and bodies. I work with you every step of the way with the customized meal plan to provide you with guidance to help you reach your goals.


ONGOING SUPPORT

Follow-up calls provide you with valuable time to “check-in”. Together we will discuss how you are doing on your plan, make any adjustments, answer questions
