With this Program you will, as a group receive a 45 minute evaluation & set up Zoom call with 30 minute Zoom check in calls once a week throughout the program.

This will be a 3 Phase Plan you will eliminate the most food in Phase 1 then re-incorporate foods in the 2 Following Phases. In addition to food adjustments we will also focus on the mental and spiritual pillars of achieving success in a wellness program.
